From a bad contractor, to behind timeline, to threats of lawsuits, and then an appraisal that came in way below sales price, the challenges involved in this transaction from beginning to end left a long lasting lesson and built character along the way.
As the great fighter Mike Tyson says, "everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face". Well that was the case here. Thankfully we fought through adversity and are better for it in the long run.
