Brandon Jones is the Executive Director of Compass Academy in Denver and has been teaching others how to build relationships and redefine success through competency-based research and competency-based learning for over 20 years. Brandon was the guest speaker at the Spring ’23 Kinetic Men Retreat and he’s coming back to go deeper for the Fall ’23 Retreat. We’re diving into topics like Empathy, Intrinsic Conflict, Self-Awareness, and Modeling on this podcast, and is only a small taste of what we’ll be discussing in person at our next retreat.
