Matt Heron successfully took a business full cycle from an early startup to selling for a profit, however as he reflected on that journey, as a high-achieving professional he tended to over-do-it in business and under-do-it in other areas of his life that he said were just as important, or more. We dive into the topic of the man’s role at home, the sacrifices we think we should make, and why we often don’t see or think about some of the impacts we are making until it’s too late.
