The theory of the Johari Window states that the smaller the "Arena" is, the bigger the conflict. To reduce conflict, we must increase the Arena by doing one of two things:
1) Remove our own masks
2) Allow for blind spots to be revealed
This can't be done alone. You must have other people to help you.
