Jesus was a man who took action, and charged his disciples to do the same. In fact, he charges all of us to GO and make more disciples. He challenges us to take uncommon action because that's what he did.
The goal is to hear, "Well done my good and faithful servant," not "well said my good and faithful servant."
Well done is much better than well said.
