This year we spent 6 hours on Zoom to discuss the multiple facets of our vision, where we want to be in 10 years, 3 years, and 1 year and how we can be intentional about executing on that plan. Our passion is in leadership and giving and we realized that our current path was not focused on that 10 year vision so we had to make a shift in our planning and execution.
