The hedge is something that provides protection or defense. It goes without saying that each of us find ourselves involved in a spiritual battle. Actually whether you realize it or not, you are still involved in spiritual warfare. The purpose of the enemy is to steal, kill, and to destroy and he will go to whatever measure needed to accomplish that purpose. But thanks be to God that we have a covering of protection over the adversary. God has promised us a hedge of protection. It doesn't necessarily mean each of us will experience a life void of any problems and everything will go smoothly but it does mean each of us will never have to face anything alone. God will be with us. We may not always understand His ways but if one will hold on you will find that He is always faithful!
