Guylaine Saint Juste, who is Haitian-American, has over 25 years of experience in financial services. For almost five years, she served as the Business Banking Virginia Market Executive with Capital One Bank. From there, she joined Year Up as the Executive Director of the National Capital Region in April of 2015. During the four years she served in this position, she increased revenue by over 30%, doubled the number of students in the program, and grew corporate partnerships by 31%.
