In this episode, Vince and I, speak with Ken Lundy, Navy Veteran and Founder/Executive Director of Future P.H.A.R.A.O.H.S Mentoring Program. We are wearing purple to honor Ken's mother that unfortunately passed away due to COVID-19. We are honoring her legacy and what she taught Ken about Leadership and Pressing on towards the prize. He is passing on these values/traits to the youth he mentors through the acronym P.H.A.R.A.O.H.S which stands for Pride, Healthy, Academic, Respectful, Ambitious, Outstanding, Helpful, and Spiritual. We also discuss the Leadership Void of the heart and how important it is to lead through caring.
