Your experiences are valid and you do not need anyone to validate them. This came to me last month and I am grateful to speak on it today. I’ve had to adjust in many ways to honor myself. The changes that have taken place were necessary. Every experience I’ve had was necessary and I give thanks. I’ve learned and grown in so many ways that it’s only right to speak my truth and continue to do what I love and enjoy doing. This is for all of us to live and be free in our authenticity.
