Joe Conver has 8 years of military experience: United States Marine Corps as a decorated Marine Corps Sniper during Desert Storm & the U.S. Army where he earned the title of Airborne Ranger, Pathfinder. Joe took his leadership skills to college where he earned a BS in Financial Economics & Accounting from Methodist University, NC. Joe Conver developed his leadership through hospitality. Joe has 20+ years honing his passion to make the lives of others better with restaurant, hotel, and country club management. Joe is currently sharing his leadership and passion as the executive director of Atria Senior Living at Cranberry Woods, Cranberry Township PA.
