As suggested by the one and only Matty Ham, Maria tells us the story of the "Rooftop Robber," aka "Roofman", aka Jeffery Manchester. Manchester loved creating rooftop access to fast food restaurants, being courteous to frightened staff, hiding in the walls, regular exercise, and, of course, Spiderman.
