The far right extremist of the Republican party which pretty much is the Republican party nowadays have found its new Boogeyman. And guess what it has to do of course again with black people which of course is the agenda to destroy our heritage our population anything in the memory of us by any means necessary. So what's the new plan DEI.
After Charlie Kirk and the gang were successful at their anti critical race theory which was not taught in grade schools anywhere. Their anti-black campaigns which led to book banning campaigns and changes in curriculums across mostly Republican states when it came down to the teaching of black history now they're at it again when it comes down to diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) in the corporate world.
Just the other day Charlie Kirk was on his podcast and made quite an outlander statement that he would not want to fly on a plane with a black pilot because he believes that more than likely they will be a d e i higher and not have the proper training and or assessment to fly that particular plane. So basically it's the classic you got the role because you were black not because you were well qualified. Well here's a proper fact for you Charlie the jerk Kirk. 96% of all pilots are white. So that means that the majority of crashes were by white pilots. Sorry Charlie. I know that the movie with star Denzel Washington in Flight was an outlier but I can guarantee you this I already know damn black pilots flying no commercial planes in real life for real for real.

Maybe Charlie Kirk is better suited at checking the qualifications of the white pilots or any pilot for that matter of any plane that he goes on because more than likely that pilot is not going to be black but more than likely also if that plane crashes that pilot is not going to be black.
