The Greater Palm Springs region has hundreds of communities designed for a multitude of lifestyles. There are roughly 550 HOA communities in the Coachella Valley and many of them are 55+. In this episode we take a few minutes to discuss some of the differences between the communities and what you should know when you're looking at the variety of places to live.
We also challenged Jen's knowledge of Sun City Shadow Hills with a short quiz to see if she's as much of an 'expert' as she claims to be. Ryan enjoyed testing her way too much.
