The word blessed is defined as made holy, consecrated. Enjoying happiness specifically Christianity. It means to bring pleasure, contentment or good fortune. From the biblical point of view is first and foremost a man or woman who is in a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and who no longer submits to the world but submits to the word. A blessed person is one that has favor with God and walking in the spiritual realm communicating with God he serves. The richest blessing of man is to be rooted and grounded in righteousness of God and basting in the anointing of the Holy Ghost. You didn't know a blessed life til you were introduced to Jesus Christ and the infilling of the Holy Ghost. You began to see clearly of the things pertaining to Salvation and walking with God. In some cases you begin to hear the voice of the Lord on occasion when He called your name. What a awesome blessing for the Lord of Glory to call your name, which tell you that God has a interest in your life. Isn't it amazing that the Lord takes time to stop by and have a dialogue with you as a child of God and not just a object? He shows interest in your personal care, your health and welfare, while supplying your every need. He's always demonstrating His love for you by covering you with His blood that He shed for your life and all you had to do was accept what He did for you to be blessed. You didn't have to do anything but accept Him as your Savior and be led to the waters of Baptism and confess with Repentance saying Lord save me. Let us look at the class of blessed people.
