Join us we speak to Doug Lawrence about his latest book. “You Are Not Alone” – was written to show that mentoring can be a part of the support structure for mental health. I interviewed a number of people on how their mental health had been impacted by a number of different things in their life. All of them are advocates of mentoring being a part of the mental health support structure. The book touches on my life and my 25 years of service in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. It touches on the realization that I had PTSD as a result of that service. I touch on the impact that PTSD had on me but also on my family. The book is currently available for pre-orders on Amazon and will be officially launched on January 17th, 2022.
