Joshua serves as a Tech, Learning & Development Program Manager at Uber Inc., where his team creates effective trainings, learning experiences, support tools and partnerships which enable their software engineers to grow their tech skill set, build robust software, work smarter and be better leaders.
Before Uber, he was at Outco Inc., where his team facilitated technical and non-technical skills development sessions for job-seeking software engineers with an aim of accelerating their job search process. Joshua also had training/recruiting stints at Earnest Inc. and Google.
He is also in the process of writing a book that will expand upon an idea he presented as a TEDx talk in 2015 (Redefining the Way We Believe In Others).
