Over the past two years, companies — from small, family-owned businesses to the largest corporations in the world — have pledged to do better regarding diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
Some have announced plans for new, inclusive policies and organizational change. Others have promised to reach quantifiable targets for hiring underrepresented employees, narrowing a pay gap, or improving working conditions.
But in many cases, results have either been slow to materialize or difficult to communicate.
In this session, our panel will discuss what HR professionals need to know about delivering on DEI pledges. The conversation will include the tension between committing to targets and measuring outcomes in today’s workplace, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO),civil rights concerns that could be at play, and legal risks associated with stating proactive hiring outcomes.
Key Takeaways:

Learn tactics that improve workplace culture and retention.
Receive tools and resources to help identify, track, communicate and measure DEI goals.
