The Government Law Center at Albany Law School preseted the second program of the 2023 Warren M. Anderson Legislative Series on March 22.
Panelists discussed state-level approaches to developing environmentally sustainable affordable housing. In particular, the panel will explore legal and policy incentives and regulations that impact the development of environmentally sustainable affordable housing. The discussion will describe existing projects and the potential for future projects.
