Phabies is a Grand Rapids based alternative rock/pop group that has been described as oozing “DIY spirit with eclectic musical vibe” by Local Spins. With five albums to their name including the recently released Fire Seed, members continue to work on connecting with audiences and building a spirit of comradery where ever they play. Phabies consists of members Laura Hobson who leads song writing for the group, Garret Stier on guitar and bass, Joshua Holicki on drums, Max McKinnon on synth, and Kevin Burrows.
