Description

Most people procrastinate because that is precisely what they want to be doing. Procrastination is a choice you make, and you make this choice knowingly and intentionally. But you may want to keep your motives hidden, so you can act helpless, as if procrastination were some type of illness or disability, like the flu or a broken leg. It may feel more acceptable to say, “I want to, but I just can’t seem to get around to it.” Remember that we’re all free to choose if we will or won’t do something. Sometimes making the conscious choice to procrastinate can be the first step in conquering this habit!
