Anxiety, Failing & Self-Acceptance. I always had a particular feeling since I was a kid but I've never known what It was in retrospect I had anxiety. I recently watched the film C'mon C'mon which is a great film and I highly recommend it without spoilers. The film is about what we expect to do in the future and the fear, and pressure of fear, joy and disappointment, sadness and wonder. In my confusion and delight about the future and past, I always struggle with constant thoughts about what happened in the past or something that might happen. I talk about ways that help me to coop with my anxiety and things that I do to make me feel better. I've dealt with a lot of issues throughout the years and it's been quite a journey but decided to share and hopefully I can help some of you.
