In this episode, we get to talk about Anxiety, social anxiety, and Overthinking. For the past three weeks my my anxiety has been horrible It feels like I hit rock bottom. The main question is where does my anxiety come from? What is the main source of it? I hold high expectations of myself and when those expectations are not met I get this daunting feeling of disappointment and feel like a failure. I have been feeling very anxious about going on dates, playing soccer, being social meeting new people. I genuinely hate talking about this kind stuff since it's barely getting normalized but hopefully, we get to resonate on a couple of stuff. Enjoy the episode
