I used to hate Mondays. I got sad when Sunday night rolled around because I knew that meant I was close to having to roll up my sleeves and get to work. Mondays were just not fun.
I decided to do something about it. I shifted the way I planned my Mondays, and now I actually enjoy them!
How do I do that? By first managing my expectations about Mondays and then by including time for things that are actually FUN! Things that make me happy.
