Shy graduated from Delaware State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. Shortly after Shynieka later moved to Atlanta, to begin her quest in the entertainment industry. After 6 months of moving to Atlanta, Shynieka auditioned for and attended the Ween Academy in NY, which is an intensified entertainment Academy that prepares women for their career choice and provides resources in the Entertainment Industry. Shy now resides in Los Angeles and is passionate about helping raise the image of African Americans through media. Equally important her long-term goal is to host her very own talk show, while simultaneously inspiring everyone to unlock their fullest potential and be the best they can be.
