Mr John Downham is a the busiest man I know!
He is a client of mine, cousin and my brother from another mother.
This year he lost 3 stone and is in the best mental & physical shape of his life.
He said "I feel like I'm 21 again!"
He has done all of this while having a career that requires heavy hours and travel, looking after 10 kids under the same roof and being a loving husband.
