Ray Freitas is a spiritual marriage coach and business owner through Ray of Life Marriage and Spiritual Empowerment. Teaching divine consciousness to couples in crisis points of their marriages. Ray has dealt with many adversities in his life starting with the death of his step grandfather on Christmas in 1993 and the divorce of his parents at age 5. He began a life of many challenges including a victim of alcoholic abuse at home, social and emotional abuse at school, and following death of his grandmother at the age of 16 he lost touch of reality when he was 17 and was put into a mental hospital. After Ray was sent home he was diagnosed with a mild form of schizophrenia, and later was diagnosed with a mood disorder and anxiety. Since then, he has been on a mission to make something of himself. He graduated from college in 2013 and became one of the most respected substitute teachers in his hometown school district, well-liked by peers and staff.
