So I was looking at a person who posted her podcast numbers on a social media site. And I have to admit, they were very impressive. Her podcast was only published for less than 6 months and the growth was remarkable. While looking at her post I thought about my numbers and how much longer I had my podcast, but how much smaller my numbers were. And for a quick moment I began to ask God why, but it wasn't 2 seconds later -- literally -- that I stopped mid-thought and said, 'I'm happy for her podcast and I'm happy for my podcast too.' You see how quickly I shifted my thoughts? We have to be careful and be cognizant of what Philippians 4:7 says, which is: "and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
