Throughout her prolific career in both improv and scripted theatre, Nannette Deasy felt that there needed to be a company that offered the best of both worlds to comedy-loving theatergoers. Since founding the Improvisational Repertory Theatre Ensemble (aka "IRTE") a decade ago, she and her troupe of performers have come to gain attention as some of the hardest-working improvisational performers in the NYC indie theatre scene.
