Having just moved from the United Kingdom to New York City, Jeanna de Waal was able to get her first job on Broadway within six weeks of moving there a decade ago. But rather than simply settle into her highly successful career, she chose to start Broadway Weekends in 2017, which brings theatre education classes to students from various backgrounds across the world.
