Lauren Papanos is a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics who helps women balance their hormones naturally after birth control, put an end to PMS, and eat for strength so they can feel like queens, inside & out.
In her clinical work with Olympic athletes and overseeing sports departments at UCLA and Texas Tech, Lauren kept running into active, high-achieving women who were dealing with a host of hormonal conditions including stubborn acne, weight gain (or excessive loss), PCOS, Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (missing periods), and low energy.
As a lifelong gymnast and top-tier college cheerleader, Lauren knows first-hand what it’s like to struggle with hormonal weight gain, cystic acne, and inexplicable gut issues. She tried every allopathic and integrative doctor.
She ultimately became a functional RD so she can help active women tap into the power of their hormones & access their highest purpose.
Lauren is the host of the Strength in Hormones Podcast and the owner of Functional Fueling Nutrition - a virtual and Los Angeles based nutrition practice that offers private nutrition coaching, the Strength in Hormones Collective Membership, and mini-courses that empower women with natural solutions for hormone balance.
