In this episode I talk about how you can change your focus from problem based thinking to solution based thinking.  We are experiencing a lot of chaos in the world and it's uncomfortable.  It's hard to feel all of your emotions, yet feeling your emotions is the first step in both self-help and self-care.  It allows you to pay attention to the positive change happening even when everything feels messy.  That's when you begin to be in unity with yourself and be in unity with others.
