What you feed yourself mentally is just as important as the food you feed your body. How many times do you feed your mind and your heart with negativity? It happens in very subtle ways so you may not even be aware of it. In this podcast I share what I did when I realized one of my daily activities was draining me and leaving no room to do a different activity that actually made me feel good. I was able to free up the space I needed to let the good stuff in. The reality is that today's world is intense to live in and you need to do anything that can help you lighten up and lift you up.
