In this episode I talk about my theme for 2021...Integration, Fun and Love. I explain how the last half of 2020 became extra challenging for me and the health issues that I have been dealing with from chronic menopause induced headaches to getting Covid myself. I also talk about how we can all use whatever we experienced in 2020 as a learning experience and that the pandemic, social and political issues highlighted areas in our personal lives that need some extra care, attention and healing. I also give a sneak peak of what to expect in the next coming episodes that I think will benefit everyone and help shape 2021 into a great year for all of us.
