Everyone is going to suffer from some form of anxiety at some point or another. It’s our body’s natural reaction to external stressors. However, being anxious does not mean the presence of anxiety disorder. When anxiety is debilitating and interfering with day to day tasks and responsibilities, that’s when it becomes a problem. It’s important to educate oneself on the differences between being anxious and anxiety disorder and how to help yourself and others when in this state.
