Jewel Ifeguni is an associate producer at Decoy Games, a black-owned video game studio where only 2% of the gaming industry is made up of black people. She's the founder of You Matter Studios, a media studio with a focus on improving representation in media. And she has worked at Minecraft at Mojang at Microsoft as a Technical Project manager.
