the sleeping of Yaakov at this holy place indicates the need to connect one's thoughts to words of Torah when going to sleep - which represents the setbacks and obstacles in life - the main repentance for sexual thoughts and fantasies (which is sleep) is to counter them with thoughts of Torah etc.
