Description

Hi, I'm a secondary school psychology teacher with two teenage sons adapting to these weird covid days and wondering what I can contribute to the world at this time.  

I first meditated in India when I was 23 and have practiced mindfulness and mediation in a number of traditions.  I have taught meditation in schools for over 30 years and now I teach yoga as well to people of all ages.  I am a life coach and writer and I regularly blog and am featured in Psychologies Magazine.
