ABOUT KENDA: I'm a UMC pastor and the Mary D. Synnott Professor of Youth, Church and Culture at Princeton Theological Seminary, and the Co-Founder of Ministry Incubators. My most recent books are Delighted: What Teenagers Are Teaching Churches about Joy (Eerdmans, 2020). and Knee-Deep in Flotsam: Why Churches Innovate and How to Start (Market Square, 2021). My husband Kevin and I just got caught up on Ted Lasso...and my kids are grown and flown and are my favorite people to hang out with!
