1) Opening
2) Victor is bringing in the reins on Newman Enterprises and McCall Inc. Victor is tired of the power struggles between Victoria, Nick and Adam. Victor is pissed. He also wants Nick to work with Adam.
3) Victor also gives notice to Nate that his businesses are run by Newmans and that he will never be top dog. Nick does not trust Nate at all.
4) Sally has a long history of receiving offers from powerful people, and that continues when Victor presents her with a new opportunity at Newman.
5) Sharon and Chance have a hookup.
6) Kyle continues to sleep with Audra at the Athletic Club.
7) The Abbott clan has major issues. Ashly and Jack continue to battle. Jack and Diane ask Billy to act like he does not agree with them getting married and that its going to be a disaster. This act by Billy is to have Tucker and Ashley trust that Billy agrees with them. Billy does a hell of a job acting.
8) Kyle is too busy to attend. Really?
