2) Danny Romalatti is back and becoming more prevalent. 

3) Phyliss continues to deal with Tucker. She has something on him to back him off from blackmailing her....

4) Nick breaks up with Sally.

5) Jack and Billy are trying to figure out how to handle Tucker after the plant he gave Jack and Diane was discovered to have a listening device in it. They know Tucker is coming after them.

6) Audra seems to have fallen under Tucker's devious ways. Tucker asked her to get back together with Kyle to help him with his hostile takeover of Jabot.

7) Audra complied and they recently slept together again. Audra started to question him on things. 8) Victor Newman seems recently to show signs of memory loss. Victoria has been trying to convince the family. Most recently Nick Newman has a conversation with Victor and there were several in instances of this.

Is Phyllis really turning over a new leaf or is a new plot coming?

9) Today Nick meets with Victoria and Nicki to tell them about his experiences with Victor.

Also, Victor fires Adam today at the Club restaurant.

• He forgets by the time Adam and Nate leave the restaurant. States he will see them at the office.
  Adam tries to tell Nicki about the memory issues that Victor just displayed, and she dismisses him.
• Nick and Victoria talk to Victor about his memory issues, and he becomes angry and throws them out of his office.
