As a 2nd generation Cuban, he brings both church planting experience & a reformed confessional point of view that will help people understand the importance of the local church & its relationship with missions. In this part of the season, it is key to stop again and review what is a local church and how does that relate to missions? What is missions in general is also key before moving on because when you wrap up the whole season, everything should fit together nicely.
