Put in hours of work outside of your own responsibilities just for a chance to change your life for the better. Why do you think most people never do that? Because they aren't obsessed with their work.
There is a 0.0% of you succeeding if aren't just infatuated with your passions. because you'll never work hard when you don't want to and you'll never push through the countless mistakes and failures to get there.
If you really want to monetize your passions and I mean finding a way to turn your hobby into dollar signs, it's only through hard work and obsession.
