Description

If you know the causes, you can know what tools to employ to address those causes. IBS has many causes, and broadly speaking, that can fall into one of three categories: Emotional, Physical, and Chemical Stressors. Once you know where your stressors lay, you can develop a strategy using emotional, physical, and chemical tools to support them.
