Welcome back to the latest installment of “Doctors Vic & Nick”! Today we sit down to talk about how, no matter how good our day-to-day habits may be, some of our least favorite symptoms can sometimes still find their way back into our lives. Dr. Vic and I touch on what each of us can be doing on a regular basis in order to try and prevent these symptoms from reoccurring, as well as what traits a person can have that might make him or her more resilient in the face of hardship than others. We dive into what it looks like when some of our favorite “good” habits begin to become what actually hurts us, as well as what positive changes we can make in light of such a trend. Lastly, we talk about the importance of being challenged to start those practices that you’ve probably been putting off trying for a while now, because - you guessed it - those might just be the steps you take that can help you the most.
