One of the most respected emotions is the spirit of sportsmanship, it's playing fair and adhering to the rules of the game. But when a player doesn't adhere to the rules of the game, there are certain penalties for the same. It means that the rules that are in place aren't an option, they are mandatory and applicable to any and everyone, without any exception. This is what maintains the spirit of fair play and sportsmanship.
How necessary is it to follow rules then? What happens when they begin to strangle us? What happens when these rules start to irritate us? Do we get any reward for adhering to these rules? Or are we just tolerating them with utter disgust?
