Joe Matthews makes his second appearance on the podcast. Joe is one of the owner’s of the gym I work at, RealFITT Strength and Conditioning. At the time of recording this episode, the ACT was in lockdown, due to the Coronavirus. We discussed the lockdown from a business perspective, a personal perspective and talked quite a bit about training during lockdown; discussing things that people could do to help them stay consistent with their training, despite the circumstances.
