Hello my Quarantine Loves !!
Today we talk about my journey with completing 30 days of Yoga. We talk about 5 things that I have learned throughout this 30 day journey, and how it was helped me off the yoga mat.
I truly didn't think yoga would be for me and I unfortunately didn't consider it a workout pre-Covid. After completing it for 30 days, I realized how wrong I was !! It most definitely is a workout and has great benefits for the mind and body!
