Let me ask you this! Do you bring your phone to bed with you ? Do you find yourself going from app to app scrolling for no reason before you fall asleep.  Well then this, my friend, is the episode for you !! 

This week, I put my phone down 30 minutes before going to sleep, and let me tell you, it made me realize A LOT about my relationship with my phone.  We go through some surprising facts on the reasons why we all should leave the phone on the night stand, and NOT take it to bed with us. And let me tell you the facts are shocking and this habit could be killing us!

Hope you guys enjoy this episode! I want to challenge you guys to try this out at least once a week!! Just leave the phone behind before hopping in bed.
