What's happening!! I'm back even though it's Saturday!! This is just a fun, simple and silly episode I made here. 

I was super excited about the podcast today and felt really inspired/creative.  I made an Instagram page where you can find all things from the podcast!! PLEASE FOLLOW ME; LETS BE FRIENDS!!! 

I'm hoping the IG page can make us communicate more and you guys can send in your thoughts/comments/questions/funny stories/ funny Amazon reviews and I can read them during a FFAF episode. 

In this episode we chat about next weeks challenge which is having KETO dinners for a week.  I explain why it's just dinner and not all three meals!!
